Customer Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for the contents of the dumpster and will need to agree to additional charges if the dumpster contains unacceptable materials or is over the fixed weight limit for services.
Overweight Fee
Overweight charges are billed at $75 per tonne.
Prohibited Items
The following items are unacceptable for pickup:
- Tires
- Paint
- Chemicals
- Solvents of Any Kind
- Oil
- Fuels
- Fires or Soldering Materials
- Herbicides & Pesticides
- Asbestos
- Radioactive Materials
- Highly Flammable Materials
- Explosives
- Biomedical Materials
- Liquid Wastes
- Freon
- Toxic or Hazardous Material
- Refrigerators
- Concrete
- Asphalt
- Stones
- Rocks
- Dirt
Overfilled Dumpster
Please do not overfill the dumpsters; only fill up to the fill line. If dumpsters are overfilled, the customer will be responsible to pay the fee and the dumpster may not be hauled due to safety reasons.
Cancellation Fee
We have a $50 cancellation fee that will be charged to the card on file without a 24-hour cancellation notice.
Trip Fee
Dumpsters are not to be moved by the customer. We will come move the dumpster upon request, but a trip fee will be charged. Fees will vary upon request.
Extra Weight Caused by the Weather
We have no control over rain, snow, sleet, hail, or any other weather condition that may affect the weight of your dumpster. Landfills charge upon the weight of the dumpster, meaning if it weighs more, we pay more. No discounts will be given for the extra weight due to the weather.
Property Damage
We take no responsibility for damage done to your driveway, lawn, or property during the delivery and pickup of your dumpster.
Time Limit
Customers must understand the time limit for dumpster rentals and be aware that we may remove the dumpster from the site at any time that exceeds the included service.
Pickup
Customers understand it is their responsibility to contact us when the dumpster needs to be picked up from the site.
